# Ionnalee: A Trailblazer's Musical Odyssey

Ionnalee, the self-made creative force behind iamamiwhoami, is on an exciting journey. She's embarking on an extensive tour across the US and Canada. What's more, she's collaborated with Zola Jesus, Jennie Abrahamson, and Röyksopp on her new self-produced album.

## A Decade of Enchantment and a Debut
For nearly a decade, Ionnalee captivated the international audience through the mixed media project and YouTube mystery iamamiwhoami, with her award-winning modern folklore tales. In 2018, this audiovisual pioneer and subcultural phenomenon released her first solo album and feature film, 'EVERYONE AFRAID TO BE FORGOTTEN'—all through her own efforts and independent label.

## A World Tour and New Inspiration
Ionnalee's acclaimed 'debut' as ionnalee was swiftly followed by a world tour. Funded in just 5 days via Kickstarter alongside her fans, the tour was a huge success, selling out dates across Europe, the US, and Latin America. In Brazil, she finally faced her audience live for the first time. The tour's success was a game-changer. She said, "As the tour finally happened, the audience response knocked me off my feet... I found myself inspired and wanted to give back."

## 'REMEMBER THE FUTURE': A New Album
The result is her new full-length album, 'REMEMBER THE FUTURE', released on May 31 on her label To whom it may concern. Ionnalee describes it as "a hopeful visionary album of daring to dream, despite knowing we're destroying our planet." Produced by Ionnalee herself, like her debut solo album, it features contributions from long-time collaborators Claes Björklund, Röyksopp, Zola Jesus, and Jennie Abrahamson. Johannes Berglund mixed the album.

The first lush disco single, 'OPEN SEA', has a video directed by Ionnalee and cinematographer John Strandh. It's in the 'low fi sci fi' genre. The album also has an impressive tracklist:
