### The Electric Church Venue and Setlist
Hendrix played a crucial role in attracting nearly 500,000 people to the Electric Church, a sweltering pecan orchard in Byron, Georgia, 100 miles south of Atlanta. Alongside drummer Mitch Mitchell and bassist Billy Cox, he masterfully blended hits like “Purple Haze,” “All Along The Watchtower,” and “Voodoo Child (Slight Return)” with new, yet - to - be - album - released songs such as “Freedom” and “Straight Ahead”.
