Produced by award-winning Banger Films (known for Super Duper Alice Cooper and the Peabody/International Emmy award-winning Netflix series Hip-Hop Evolution), this documentary offers a unique look at ZZ Top. Premiered at a sold-out Cinerama Dome in Hollywood earlier this year and with a successful 10-week national theatrical run on 150 screens, it tells the story of the power trio - guitarist Billy F Gibbons, bassist Dusty Hill, and drummer Frank Beard.

The film traces their journey from teenage blues musicians to international stars, covering their bar gig beginnings to the defining MTV era. Interviews with the band, along with high-profile fans like Billy Bob Thornton and Joshua Homme (Queens Of the Stone Age), and never-before-seen archival footage make it a must-watch.

Exclusive to this film is an intimate ZZ Top performance at historic Gruene Hall, the oldest dance hall in Texas, intercut throughout. The DVD & Blu-ray also include two live performance segments - 18 minutes of Gruene Hall performance and the Ham Estate Archive with rare pre-Eliminator concert footage from 1976 and 1981.

As ZZ Top celebrates 50 years with extensive tours in Europe and North America, this documentary offers a deep dive into their rich history.
