## The Band Echoes
For years, Echoes, led by guitarist and singer Oliver Hartmann (of Avantasia, Hartmann, ex-Rock Meets Classic), has been a prominent name as the frontman of the most popular German Pink Floyd Tribute. They've toured across Europe and beyond. Their live DVD/CD “Barefoot To The Moon” (reaching #20 on the Media Control Charts Germany 2015), recorded with pure acoustic instruments and supported by a Prague string ensemble, showed a creative take on Pink Floyd's heritage.

## The New Release
In early 2019, Echoes presents 'Live From The Dark Side (A Tribute To Pink Floyd)'. Recorded live at the 'Rock Of Ages Festival 2018' in Rottenburg-Seebronn, Germany. This time, a string quartet provided backup. Special guest appearances by Midge Ure (Ultravox), Michael Sadler (Saga), and Geoff Tate (Operation Mindcrime) – icons of the international Pop and Prog Rock scene – added to the magic. And it all happened during a real lunar eclipse!
