## The New Adaptation
Jean-Christophe Maillot, in collaboration with writer Jean Rouaud, has reimagined Swan Lake, adding a fresh drama to this classic. Filmed at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco's special studio setting, it gives a modern touch to the timeless Siegfried and Odette tale.

Designed by top visual artist Ernest Pignon-Ernest, with costumes by Philippe Guillotel, and accompanied by a specially crafted soundtrack by the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra under Leonard Slatkin, the production has received rave reviews. 'Le Figaro' called it 'outstanding', and the 'Jerusalem Post' said 'Swan Lake will never be the same'.

This 'Lac' film won the top award at the 2013 Golden Prague for 'Best Performing Arts Program', praised as 'A ravishing stage production offering a thrilling contemporary dance interpretation of Tchaikovsky’s masterpiece'.
