# The Rolling Stones’ Live in Leeds 1982: A Vault-Treasure Unveiled
## Introduction
The Rolling Stones' "From The Vault" series has been a hit, and now, "Live In Leeds 1982" joins the collection. This live show hails from the band's performance at Roundhay Park in Leeds, England on July 25, 1982. ## Video Quality
Courtesy of Universal Music Group and Eagle Vision (an Eagle Rock Entertainment imprint), "Rolling Stones From the Vault Live at the Tokyo Dome" on Blu-ray has an AVC encoded 1080i transfer in 1.30:1. It's an "SD Blu-ray," and while it has the usual lo-fi feel of upscaled releases, this one looks rather ragged. There are issues like stair stepping, posterizing, tracers from lights, and a fuzzy appearance. The contrast is weak, and blacks are milky, creating a hazy look. Some close-ups of Mick stand out, but it's more of an audio Blu-ray with subpar video.
## Audio Quality
Thankfully, the audio shines. With a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround mix and an LPCM 2.0 stereo track, newly mixed by Bob Clearmountain for this first official release, the results are great. The mid- to lower ranges are strong on the 5.1 track, a bit less on 2.0. Mick's vocals are well-prioritized, and the fidelity is top-notch.
